  In 2008, you'll get vision coverage with all GEHA health plans – without paying a vision care premium! When you use an Avesis network provider, you'll pay only a low copay for your annual eye exam and receive discounts off the retail price of standard lenses, frames, contact lenses – even LASIK procedures.



• See the lower deductible for Standard Option
  For 2008, you'll pay only a $350 deductible for Self Only and a $700 deductible for Self and Family.



• Set your sights on enhanced coinsurance for our high-deductible plan,
  Health Savings Advantage^SM
  In 2008, GEHA will pay 95 percent for in-network medical services and 75 percent for out-of-network medical services – as well as 75 percent for prescription drug services.



• Adjust your view of chiropractic benefits
  For the 2008 plan year, GEHA will reimburse up to $20 per covered chiropractic visit, up to a maximum of 12 visits per year.
