Health e-Report
TM News & Resources for Federal Employees
March 2007 | Text Version
|
March is National Nutrition Month® the perfect time to bone up on your nutrition knowledge. Many of the articles in this month's Health e-Report® can help you navigate through sometimes confusing nutritional information.
GEHA introduced its online newsletter in May 2002, with the intention of providing helpful health and wellness news and information for our readers. We continue that mission as we approach the end of our fifth year of publication. We appreciate the feedback we receive from readers, and hope that we have helped you on your way to a healthier lifestyle.
GEHA celebrates an even bigger milestone this year: we're proud to say that 2007 is our 70th anniversary as an organization. We thank you and all federal employees, both past and present, for the part you have played in our success. The article, "Railway roots: a history of GEHA," in the What's News at GEHA section of this newsletter, traces our company's progress from its origination in Kansas City, Missouri.
Live healthy, and look forward to spring!
Consult with your physician before beginning any health, dietary or fitness routine
