2010 benefits at a glance

Your plan comes with a savings account, funded through monthly deposits from GEHA. When you enroll at OPen Season
and stay in the plan all year, GEHA will contribute $720 during the year for Self Only enrollment or $1,440 during
the year for Self + Family enrollment.
