All GEHA health plan options include the CONNECTION Hearing® program by HearPO at no additional cost to members. GEHA members' covered dependents, including spouses, parents and grandparents of members, may also access GEHA CONNECTION Hearing.

The nationwide HearPO network includes more than 1,600 hearing aid providers who offer discounts on hearing aids and other hearing health services. Eligible participants can locate participating providers by calling HearPO at 888-HEARING (432-7464).

The CONNECTION Hearing program by HearPO is easy to use. Simply call the toll-free HearPO number at 888-HEARING (432-7464) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, Central Time and speak to a HearPO representative. The representative can:

• Direct you to a HearPO provider in your area.



• Assist you in setting an appointment with your HearPO provider of choice.
  
  
• Provide you with an authorization packet.



• Have a copy of your authorization packet sent directly to the provider's office.
