Health Advice Line

The free 24-hour Health Advice Line connects you to nurses who can help evaluate symptoms and determine an appropriate method of treatment. Informed medical insight is as easy as calling 888.257.4342.

Telehealth

MDLIVE offers 24/7/365 access to doctor visits by phone or video. Pediatric and behavioral health specialists are also available. Primary and specialty care

MinuteClinic

These locations offer convenient access for treatment of minor medical problems such as UTI, common cold, flu, sore throat, pink eye and ear pain. Visit geha.com/MinuteClinic to find one near you.

Urgent Care

The clinics treat various medical problems, including UTI, flu, bronchitis, allergies, asthma, rash without fever, fractures, sprains, cuts and burns. Go to geha.com/find-care to search for urgent care locations.

Emergency room

The emergency room is best for treating severe conditions such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, weakness on one side, slurred speech, fainting and fever with rash. For life-threatening issues, call 9-1-1.
