Check drug costs
Find out what your prescriptions will cost
GEHA offers the Check Drug Costs tool, hosted by CVS Caremark, for all medical members to help you budget your prescription drug costs. You have the opportunity to enter your prescription drug name and get an estimate of what you should pay, out of pocket, for your medication. This tool shows you the cost for mail service and retail based on which GEHA medical plan option you choose.
Learn what your cost share will be for a prescription drug.
- What plan option you choose. Prescription copays are different for our five FEHB health plans (Elevate, HDHP,*
Standard, Elevate Plus and High) and for our five PSHB health plans (Elevate, HDHP,*
Standard, Elevate Plus and High).
- Where you buy your medication. You can purchase medications through the CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy (not available for the Elevate plan) or at a local retail pharmacy (you will pay less if the retail pharmacy is in-network).
- What type of medication you take. You can save money when you take generic drugs.
*If you are a HDHP member, the amount displayed is your cost after you satisfy your plan deductible.
Let our benefits experts help you choose a G.E.H.A plan that can work for you.
