Need your member ID card? Here’s how to order it with ease

Whether you need a new card or a replacement, ordering one takes just a few steps. New member ID cards have been updated to align with the 2025 plan year, ensuring you have the most current information for accessing your benefits.
How to get started
Ordering your physical ID card online
- Log in to your MyGEHA account – Visit geha.com, click the Sign in or Register drop-down in the top-right corner, then click MyGEHA member portal.
- Navigate to your ID card – Once you’re logged in, select ID Card from the top navigation bar.
- Request a new card – Click the ID Card button and follow the prompts to order a new one.
- Review and submit – Double-check your information, then click Order to finalize your request. A confirmation message will appear, and your new ID card be mailed to you.
Tip: While waiting for your physical card, use your digital ID card for any immediate health care needs.
Viewing your digital ID card
- Log in to MyGEHA member portal.
- Select ID Card from the navigation bar.
- Your digital ID card is instantly available to view or download anytime.
What else can you do in the MyGEHA portal?
- Review your plan benefits and claims – Stay informed about your coverage details, upload claims, view claims status, deductibles and out-of-pocket balances.
- Find an in-network provider – Use the Find a Provider tool to easily in-network providers, specialists, hospitals and pharmacies near you.
- Chat live with Customer Care – Need help but it’s inconvenient to call? Use the Live Chat feature to get real-time assistance from our Customer Care representative.
- Manage prescriptions – Easily connect to Caremark for pharmacy benefits and prescription management, including home delivery options.
- Schedule a virtual doctor visit – Through MDLIVE*, you can consult with a doctor online for non-emergency health concerns — day or night.
- Get personalized health tips – Receive customized wellness recommendations tailored to your needs and health goals.
- Update your contact information and preferences – Keep your profile up to date, set up paperless billing and manage you communication preferences for important plan updates.
