You'll learn to:

  • understand proper nutrition practices and overcome your own barriers to losing weight;
  • develop effective ways to gradually and safely increase your physical activity;
  • and eat foods you enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

You'll get:

  • 16 weekly online lessons, 30 minutes each;
  • eight monthly lessons;
  • tools to track your activities, 3-5 minutes a day;
  • and a personal coach.

You'll need:

  • to be an active GEHA medical plan member with a chronic condition,*
  • to meet specific health related criteria,
  • a computer with audio, and
  • Internet access.
