Managing your health benefits is easier than ever with the new MyGEHA member portal. Based on member feedback, this self-service tool offers fast, convenient access to view claims, find providers, and more — without a phone call. We've added exciting new features to help you manage your benefits all in one place with more enhancements coming soon in 2025.
Here’s what's new with the MyGEHA member portal
- Access your digital ID card: View it anytime, anywhere, directly from your app or browser.
- Upload claims and review plan details: Check balances, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums, and upload your claims.
- Use single sign-on: Health plan members can access CVS Caremark for prescriptions or MDLIVE for telehealth without having to log in again. (HSA Bank single sign-on coming soon)
- Find a provider: Search for in-network providers and facilities on the go.
- Get personalized health tips: Receive tailored guidance based on your health goals.
While we have many member-requested features available now, full functionality will be available on January 1, 2025.
Explore the new MyGEHA portal, accessible on any browser or the MyGEHA app
You must register to access these new features even if you were registered before.
Just follow these simple steps:
1. Open the MyGEHA app on your smartphone. You will be presented with the HealthSafe ID login screen, where you can either log in to an existing account or select Register.

2. After selecting Register now, you’ll be directed to the HealthSafe ID registration screen.

3. Once your identity is validated, enter your preferred username, password and a valid email address (each email must be different for each user).

4. Select your multi-factor authentication method: either Text or Call.
|
5. Enter your phone number. You will receive a confirmation code via text or call. Enter the code to proceed.
|
6. After successfully entering the code, you'll receive a confirmation that your account has been created. A recap of the information you entered will appear, and you’ll have the option to Continue to your account.

7. You will be taken to your MyGEHA dashboard.
|
8. You now have access to the new MyGEHA secure member portal.

The MyGEHA mobile apps for Android and Apple have been sent to the App Store and Google Play. We expect them to be available within the week. In the interim, the browser version of the MyGEHA portal is available for registration.
