Based on member feedback, this self-service tool offers fast, convenient access to view claims, find providers, and more — without a phone call. We've added exciting new features to help you manage your benefits all in one place.

Here’s what's new with the MyG.E.H.A member portal

  • Access your digital ID card: View it anytime, anywhere, directly from your app or browser.
  • Upload claims and review plan details: Check balances, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums, and upload your claims.
  • Use single sign-on: Health plan members can access CVS Caremark for prescriptions or MDLIVE for telehealth without having to log in again. (HSA Bank single sign-on coming soon)
  • Find a provider: Search for in-network providers and facilities on the go.
  • Get personalized health tips: Receive tailored guidance based on your health goals.
