Earn rewards for your healthy choices

If you are a FEHB or PSHB health plan member, you are part of the Health Rewards or Wellness Pays program. As part of this program, the G.E.H.A Well-being Platform gives you tools to stay on track. After completing your Health Assessment you can earn rewards, track activities and follow personalized wellness plans. You can access the G.E.H.A Well-being Platform to learn more by signing in to your MyG.E.H.A member portal.

Getting needed care

When you need care, knowing where to go can save you time and money.

Explore in-network options for medical, dental or behavioral health, including urgent and emergent services and virtual care, or connect with our 24/7 Nurse Advice Line to help guide your next step.

Once you choose where you want to go to get your needed care, it’s easy to find an in-network provider. Use the Find Care tool to locate in-network providers, specialists or facilities. Here, you will be able to find providers or specialists for routine or ongoing care.

Virtual care

    When to use it
  • Quick, convenient care available 24/7 from home for common issues like colds, urinary tract infections (UTIs), yeast infections or pink eye — no time off work or waiting rooms required.
    How to get care
  • In-network virtual care can be provided from MDLIVE at no added cost, or at Teledoc or Doctor on Demand with a copay.1 For more information on accessing your virtual care options, log in to your MyG.E.H.A member portal.

Your MyG.E.H.A member portal gives you secure, 24/7 access to your benefits with information personal to you. Creating your account takes just a few minutes. Visit MyG.E.H.A member portal + app for step-by-step instructions.

Once registered, you can log in anytime from a browser on any device or the MyG.E.H.A mobile app to:

  • View and print your ID card
  • Track or upload claims
  • Chat with G.E.H.A Customer Care or send a secure message
  • Access plan documents and forms
