 | Step 1: Download the GEHA app
To download the GEHA app, visit the App Store® or Google PlayTM and search “GEHA.” Once you’ve located the app, install it for access. |
 | Step 2: Log into the GEHA app
To open the GEHA app, click on the purple GEHA icon on your device. When you open the app, the log in screen will appear. To log in, you will use the same information as your web account. If you haven’t created a web account, click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button. On this screen you have the option to do the following: - Select the option to remember your username, which will prevent you from typing it manually each time you want to log in.
- To view the characters that make up your password, click the “eye” icon
. - To log in to your GEHA account, click LOG IN.
- On your first log in attempt, you will be asked to log in with your Face or Fingerprint ID. Regardless if you choose yes or no, you will then be logged into the app.

To create a web account, click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button. You will be directed to geha.com to create your account. Again, you will use the same log in credentials for your web account to sign into the GEHA app. It is recommended that you create your account on your desktop.To contact GEHA, learn more about GEHA or read the privacy policy, click the MORE icon on the bottom right. If you have forgotten your password, click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD and you will be directed to geha.com to reset it. |
 | Step 3: View your medical plan information
If you have a GEHA medical plan, make sure MEDICAL is selected on the top menu. On the dashboard screen, you will be able to see your: Plan informationCopaysDeductiblesIn-network and out-of-network maximums Click the Plan information title to view your: Member ID CoverageGroup number Effective date Termination date Medicare status Covered member |
 | Next, scroll down and click the Copays title to view your:
Primary care physician copay Specialist copay Prescription generic copayPrescription preferred brand medicationPrescription non-preferred brand medication |
 | Keep scrolling to view your: Family deductible Individual deductibleIn-network out-of-pocket maximum Out-of-network out-of-pocket maximum Each accumulator will show you exactly how much money has been spent. |
 | Step 4: View your medical ID card
To view your medical ID card, click the ID CARDS icon on the bottom menu. This feature allows you to see your entire ID card. To enlarge the ID card, tap on each card. |
 | To email your ID card, fax your ID card or save to your photos, click the blue download icon (Apple device users) or the share icon (Android device users) on your screen. |

Step 5: View your dental plan information
To view your GEHA dental plan information, select DENTAL on the top menu. On the dashboard screen, you will be able to see your plan information and calendar year max. Click the Plan information title to view your: Member IDCoverageGroup numberEffective dateTermination date |
 | Step 6: View your dental ID card
To view your dental ID card, click the ID CARDS icon on the bottom menu. This feature allows you to see your entire ID card. To enlarge the ID card, tap on each card. |

 | Step 7: Learn more about GEHA
By clicking the MORE icon at the bottom of the screen, you can view your profile, contact GEHA, learn more about GEHA and view the privacy policy. The “Contact us,” “About GEHA” and “Privacy policy” links take you to geha.com. |
 | Step 8: View your profile
When you click on My profile, you will see your personal contact information. This allows you to: View the primary cardholderView covered members Mailing addressEmail address Phone number On this screen, you can also enable and disable the Face or Fingerprint ID log in feature. Note: If you would like to enable the Face or Fingerprint ID feature after your first log in, you will need to click the toggle to use the Face ID. You will also need to go to the settings section on your device to enable it. |
