Your MyG.E.H.A member portal gives you secure, 24/7 access to your benefits. Creating your account takes just a few minutes. Visit MyG.E.H.A member portal + app for step-by-step instructions.

Once registered, you can log in anytime from a browser on any device or the MyG.E.H.A mobile app to:

  • View and print your ID card 
  • Track or upload your claims
  • Chat with G.E.H.A Customer Care or send a secure message

  • In-network services, like cleanings and X-rays, are covered at 100% to make it easier to maintain your oral health

How to find an in-network provider

To get the most from your dental benefits, confirm your provider is in-network before receiving care. Use the Find Care tool to search for an in-network provider.

Provider participation can change throughout the year. Before booking your visit, please call the dental office to make sure they are still in-network with at least one of the following networks under the Maximum Care + Connection Dental Network umbrella: GEHA Connection Dental Network, Careington PPO Networks, or Dentemax PPO Network.

Teledentistry: virtual dental help

You have access to virtual dental care, providing support when visiting a dental office isn’t possible.

  • Speak with a licensed dental provider about pain, infections or concerns — no office visit required
  • Available 24/7 for when you have questions after hours, over the weekends or holidays
  • Care is coordinated with your preferred dentist, with follow-up notes and referrals provided when needed
