A refreshed claims and EOB experience, designed with you in mind

Starting June 12, 2026, you may notice something new when you log into your MyG.E.H.A portal or app.
The MyG.E.H.A experience has been updated to help you find and understand your claims and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) more easily.
Changes have been made to:
- Make information clearer and easier to read
- Help you find what you need faster
- Give you better guidance on what to do next
What’s new
- A clearer view of your claims
Your claims now show:
- Status
- Costs
- Next steps
All in a way that’s easier to scan and understand.
- An enhanced EOB experience
You now have two ways to access your EOBs within the MyG.E.H.A member portal:
- In the Claims section
- In your Message Center
New EOBs are now labeled “New” and shown in bold, so you don’t miss them. Additionally, you can filter your EOBs to quickly find specific documents. This makes it easier to find them when you need them.
- Built-in help when you need it
You’ll see new support tools, including:
- An enhanced intro-page that appears before submitting a claim
- An EOB FAQ that explains what an EOB is and how to read it
These tools help you feel more confident using your benefits.
What stays the same
- You’ll still find all your claims details in the same place
- Submitting and viewing claims works the way you’re used to
