Check drug costs
Find out what your prescriptions will cost
GEHA offers the Check Drug Costs tool, hosted by CVS Caremark, for all medical members to help you budget your prescription drug costs. You have the opportunity to enter your prescription drug name and get an estimate of what you should pay, out of pocket, for your medication. This tool shows you the cost for mail service and retail based on which GEHA medical plan option you choose.
Your costs for medications are determined by:
- What plan option you choose. Prescription copays are different for our Elevate, HDHP,*
Standard, Elevate Plus and High.
- Where you buy your medication. You can purchase medications through the CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy (not available for the Elevate plan) or at a local retail pharmacy (you will pay less if the retail pharmacy is in-network).
- What type of medication you take. You can save money when you take generic drugs.
*If you are a HDHP member, the amount displayed is your cost after you satisfy your plan deductible.
Our Benefits Advisers are available to help new shoppers Mon. – Fri. from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Central time.
