Watch this video to learn more about the importance of a biometric screening.

Benita Phipps, GEHA Account Manager, shares what a biometric screening can reveal about your overall health.

It’s important to have a biometric screening because it's a snapshot of your health conditions.

When the clinician takes a blood sample, they're able to get a good idea about your risks for health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and BMI.

Those readings are taken into consideration and the clinician has an opportunity to give you an idea of where your health conditions are and how to proceed with your doctor in terms of a treatment plan.
