GEHA medical plans offer a variety of savings opportunities for you and your family.* Reach your health goals and save money by taking advantage of these reward opportunities.
Health Rewards
For eligible HDHP, Standard and High members, two adults per plan can earn up to $250 in rewards each for healthy activities such as getting an annual flu shot, doing online wellness workshops and having a preventive cancer screening for cervical, colorectal or breast cancer. After completion of the first activity, a reloadable Visa Rewards card will be mailed to you from HealthEquity. This is a debit card that can be used for qualified medical expenses. For HDHP members, the annual deductible must be met to use Health Rewards for medical expenses. Health Rewards may be used for dental and vision services prior to meeting the deductible.

Wellness Pays
For members with an Elevate or Elevate Plus plan, two adult household members may each earn up to $500 in rewards per person for healthy behaviors through the Wellness Pays rewards program. When you complete your first activity, such as a biometric screening or using the online medical cost estimate tool, you will automatically receive a Wellness Pays rewards card in the mail. This card can be used for qualified medical expenses such as copays and other medical, dental and vision expenses at many major retailers. As you continue completing rewardable activities, funds will be loaded onto your rewards card.
