Your member ID card, made easy

How do I access/view my ID card?

You can access your ID card anytime you're on the go through your secure MyG.E.H.A member portal. New members will receive your cards about 15 days after G.E.H.A has received your enrollment information. 

  1. Sign in to or register for your MyG.E.H.A member portal.   
  2. Select ID Card from the top navigation bar. 
  3. Your digital ID card will be made instantly available for you to view or download anytime.

How can I print my ID card?

To print your digital ID card on G.E.H.A, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to or register for your MyG.E.H.A account.
  2. Navigate to the ID Card section from the top navigation bar.
  3. Click on the ID Card button to view, download or print a temporary ID card.
  4. On the top right corner of your ID card screen, you can download or print your ID card using the links provided.
  5. If you have any questions or need assistance, click the help link or call G.E.H.A's Customer Care team Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Eastern time at 1-800-821-6136.

Explore the in-network options for routine and urgent needs using the Find Care tool or by calling 1-877-434-2336. This includes: 

  • Routine cleanings and exams
  • Fillings
  • Tooth pain, chipped teeth or other urgent concerns
