- A $4 copay for 30-day supply of generic drugs at an in-network retail pharmacy.

You should know ... this plan is designed to lower premiums by focusing on generic drugs over specialty and brand-name prescriptions. Prescriptions can only be picked up at an in-network pharmacy, and mail order is not available. If these are priorities to you, please consider Elevate Plus.
