QuestSelect
Voluntary program (formerly known as Lab Card) lets members get lab tests covered at 100%.*
When you use your QuestSelect card at eligible locations, G.E.H.A pays outpatient laboratory testing at 100%. With QuestSelect, you pay nothing — no deductible, no copay, no coinsurance.^
Each non-Medicare Standard member* will receive a QuestSelect card following enrollment in the medical plan. However, QuestSelect is an optional program. Members who choose not to use QuestSelect will continue to pay coinsurance for covered outpatient lab work.
Let our benefits experts help you choose a G.E.H.A plan that can work for you.

If a physician does not collect for QuestSelect in his or her office, the G.E.H.A health plan member may request the test orders from that physician and go to a QuestSelect collection site.
