This webinar will explain the link between oral and systemic health, and show actions that help to obtain oral health and wellness. Everyone has the potential to experience a level of oral health, well-being, reduced gingival inflammation and reduced gingival bleeding through taking simple steps. Engage in oral health actions by practicing healthy behaviors like eating healthy foods, visiting the dentist, physical activity (when able) and good hygiene (removal of all visible plaque and debris). Improved oral health may benefit overall health outcomes.
