Enroll through OPM
USPS employees and annuitants can sign up for G.E.H.A health plans using OPM's Health Benefits Enrollment site. The site also offers frequently asked questions and online help.
After you enroll, G.E.H.A will send you:
- Your health plan ID card
- A QuestSelect card for lab services (for Standard members without Medicare only)
